All vehicle sales are subject to final inspection and verification of title documentation. Car Vision Pro acts as the primary facilitator for local and international acquisitions.

• Pricing: Listed prices include initial administrative costs unless stated otherwise.
• Reservations: A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to hold any vehicle for more than 48 hours.
• Documentation: Buyers must provide valid identification and proof of funds to initiate a purchase agreement.

International shipping is coordinated through licensed third-party logistics partners. Car Vision Pro manages the documentation but risk transfers to the carrier upon port delivery.

Customers are responsible for destination-specific taxes, import duties, and registration fees in their respective countries.

Mechanical work performed at our Miami Workshop is covered by a 6-month or 6,000-mile limited warranty on labor and specific parts. This warranty is only valid at Car Vision Pro authorized facilities.

Any legal disputes arising from transactions will be governed by the laws of the following jurisdictions based on the service location:

• North American Operations: State of Florida, USA Courts.
• Latin American Operations: Medellín, Colombia Arbitration Centers.

Parties agree to attempt mediation before proceeding to formal litigation.
